Description: It is a nine storied building located at the heart of the city. The hotel includes 52 guest rooms with all amenities of a three star hotel. It is a slender building with one basement. The site was very challenging due to its location. -
93 Bowery Street Hotel, New York, NY
Location: 93 Bowery Street Hotel, New York, NY.
Description: This new hotel is located at 93 Bowery Street in New York City. The project consists of creation of an eighteen –story building with one cellar level. The gross building area planned will be approximately 4000 sqm.
ADC Scope: ADC was entrusted to provide Geotechnical and Structural engineering services. -
Four Seasons Centre
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Description: Four Seasons Centre in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is approximately 210,000 square meter. The project consists of an approximately 140-keys hotel, 110 service apartment units, 300 residential units, 80,000 square meter of retail space and parking facilities to accommodate 1800+ vehicles. The project includes 2 buildings: one 42-story building and one 70-story building with common podium.
ADC Scope: ADC, in association with ADGI, provided Geotechnical and Structural engineering services to this project. -

Ajman Marriot Beach Resort
Location: Ajamn, UAE.
Description: This is hotel building having single basement, ground floor including dock level, upper ground floor, mezzanine floor, mechanical floor, 13 guest floors, 02 owner’s apartment. The building is located near to the sea. Gross build up area is about 220,000 sqm.Width of the structure is significantly small compared to the length, and the structure us tall, the structure was designed as slender structure. Beside slenderness, uplift water pressure and surge load was challenge which ADGI /ADC successfully and efficiently took care.
ADC Scope: ADC, in association with ADGI, were entrusted with Geotechnical and Structural design of this project. -
